About the Role

PrimECS, LLC is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support the successful planning and execution of heavy civil construction projects. This role blends field and office responsibilities, focusing on scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance while providing essential coordination across teams. The Project Engineer will also support internal operations and consulting project needs, including potential coordination work on client projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Assist with construction planning, coordination, and execution alongside project managers and superintendents.
• Review and verify drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor field activities for progress, safety, and quality control.
• Support contract administration, procurement processes, and project reporting.
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
• Provide assistance with internal operations tasks and consulting project coordination, as needed.
