Credit Manager

A company is looking for a Credit Manager to oversee credit risk and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and review credit and collection policies and procedures

Manage the collection of outstanding debts and communicate with customers regarding overdue payments

Prepare reports on credit exposure and overdue accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role

Strong understanding of credit analysis and collections strategies

Proven ability to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency

Experience in leading and developing a credit and collections team
