We're looking for an organized, energetic Fitness Assistant to support the daily operations of our Fitness Department - helping to keep programs running smoothly, events well-coordinated, and members motivated to reach their goals.

This behind-the-scenes role is perfect for someone who loves fitness and enjoys keeping things organized. You'll assist the Fitness Manager with schedules, communications, program materials, and event coordination - while being part of a mission-driven team that makes a real difference in people's lives every day.

Pay & Schedule

Rate of Pay : $17.36 - $21.71 per hour, based on education and experience exceeding the minimum requirements.

Schedule : 25 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday with variable hours. Occasional evening and weekend availability may be needed to support programs and events.

What You'll Do

• Support the daily operations of the Fitness Department, ensuring classes, programs, and events run seamlessly.
• Help organize schedules, update communications, and prepare materials for group fitness, recreation, and training programs.
• Collect and track program data like attendance, usage, and event participation.
• Keep fitness and recreation equipment inventories up to date.
• Assist in creating flyers, updating information boards, and posting to the Kroc Fit Facebook group.
• Help plan, set up, and capture photos for fitness events and challenges.
