Title Specialist

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Title Specialist.

Responsibilities :

• Verify and audit loan and title documents
• Work effectively through the Title Check Queue
• Assist customers with inquiries with inbound and outbound calls, email, or text
• De-escalate and resolve issues when necessary
• Monitor accounts for potential fraud and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications :

This position is in the office, 7 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm or 8 am to 5 pm.
