Field Service Representative

A company is looking for a Field Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general field service repair and maintenance activities for customers

Resolve operational issues in the field through troubleshooting procedures

Conduct new equipment installations and provide customer training and support

Required Qualifications

BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred

3-5 years of mission-critical field service-related experience is a plus

Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple activities
