Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized assessments to identify functional abilities (physical, cognitive, sensory) and develop individualized treatment plans. Education :

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE accredited program (Bachelor's may be accepted in some agencies). License :

Active North Dakota OT license required. Certifications :

Current BLS / CPR certification.
