A company is looking for a Clinical Leader- Registered Nurse in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective execution of clinical services and compliance with regulatory standards

Oversee client admission, case management, and clinical quality adherence

Manage staffing levels and lead a high-performing clinical team to achieve quality client services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in Georgia

Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health / home care

Minimum of three (3) years managing a clinical team

Experience working with medically fragile clients
