Overview
Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is seeking a Manager, Instructional Design & Training to join their team on a contract basis.
Base pay range : $45.00 / hr - $50.00 / hr
Job Description
- Research, prepare, design, and deliver monthly product training materials for the global Outlet channel; partner with key stakeholders as needed and help refine and streamline processes as necessary.
- Apply instructional design principles to create and develop learning programs via PowerPoint presentations, eLearning courses, and practice tools as needed.
- Monitor learning and development operations including Learning Management System and learning technology administration, reporting, translations, and communications.
- Manage independent workflow and project plans, keeping projects on schedule and adjusting as necessary.
- Gather and synthesize feedback for Training to measure program effectiveness and propose enhancements to improve the training process.
- Partner with global and domestic training partners as needed to ensure sound delivery of training programs and materials.
- Build relationships across departments to assess ongoing needs and opportunities.
Core Skills / Qualifications
5-7 years' experience in Learning & Development, ideally within fashion, luxury or retail industries.Detail oriented with a sharp eye for quality and accuracy in work output.Experience in a remote role : ability to self-manage workstreams to meet deadlines; comfortable with video conferencing tools and Microsoft Teams.Demonstrated project management experience : strong organizational skills, managing details, keeping multiple tasks / projects on track.Submission note : Please submit your resume to apply.
