Responsibilities Position is based in an inpatient hospital setting within the MRI department Schedule consists of two 12-hour day shifts, Saturday and Sunday, from 6 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM Responsible for performing both routine and specialized MRI procedures Epic EMR experience is preferred Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are eligible for this position Primary responsibilities include performing MRI procedures, ensuring quality imaging, and delivering optimal patient care Must maintain compliance with all privacy, safety, and regulatory policies Will conduct patient assessment, monitoring, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams Participation in orientation modules is required and modules are completed via e-learning Must be able to go in for required lab work within 3-5 days of assignment acceptance Only one holiday request will be approved during the assignment Returning staff must have a minimum 1 year gap since last assignment to be eligible Local compensation rates apply for local candidates Requirements Current and valid CA Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification as an MRI technologist required American Heart Association BLS certification required Venipuncture certification required Minimum of 2 years MRI technologist experience in an inpatient hospital setting Must be proficient with IV insertion Epic EMR experience preferred All certifications must be AHA and in hand at the time of consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-618286.
