Founded by lifelong friends in 1985, we've grown into the area's trusted provider of residential and commercial installation and repair—while staying true to our roots as a locally owned company that values integrity, expertise, and community.

What you'll do

As a member of our team, you will service commercial garage doors, weld and fabricate, and contribute to the general service and repairs for a variety of projects.

The day-to-day

  • Plan and manage a schedule for customer visits and follow-ups
  • Estimate, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish
  • Ensure quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in pricing and bid preparation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Manage project schedules, documentation, and permits
  • Track and produce change orders
  • Contribute to team goal setting and progress reviews

What you'll need

  • 3+ years in commercial garage door sales or equivalent
  • Strong background in general trades such as carpentry, door / frame / hardware installation, and millwork
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
  • Strong mathematical and measurement skills
  • Skilled in planning, organization, and problem-solving
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of the full construction process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating software, and general computer use
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player
  • Salary Range

    At Overhead Door Solutions, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
