Job descriptionPossess a Texas-sized hustle paired with genuine hospitality Pride themselves on attention to detail to make sure every plate, fork, glass, and bowl sparkle and shine and every detail is perfect Have a passion of an organized and efficient dish area and back of house environment Understand the importance of a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and take the safety of the food, guests, and team seriously Understand the balance of Texas hospitality and efficiency Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred, high volume experience a plus Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations Must be at least 18 years of age
