Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns, notifying the appropriate personnel as required. Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials when necessary, and documenting security-related incidents according to established protocols. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site contacts to deliver high-quality security-related service. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Guard - Commercial Patrol Driver
As a Security Guard - Commercial Patrol Driver in Jacksonville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to those on site. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, delivering exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and tenants. This position requires driving as part of your daily responsibilities. Monday 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sunday 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
