Principal Commercialization
This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is only located in the posted location. No relocation is offered. Highly analytics and industry-savvy competitive intelligence analyst focused on the dynamic telecom market. This role will center on consumer wireless and broadband services, providing strategic insights that inform decision-making across product, marketing, commercialization, and executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the telecom landscape, strong competitive intelligence practices, and the ability to leverage data and technology to uncover trends, threats, and opportunities. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end commercialization lifecycle for AT&T's products and services, accelerating revenue growth and market share through industry research, intelligence, and analysis supporting innovative go-to-market strategies and driving data-driven optimization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following :
An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs / implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Strong understanding of wireless and broadband industry, including key players, emerging technologies, regulatory environment, and consumer trends.
Our Principal Commercialization earns between $158,200 - $237,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
