Project Estimator (Little Rock)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator located in Little Rock, AR. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation. Daily tasks include evaluating project scope, preparing detailed budgets, managing cost information, and communicating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Cost Management and Budgeting skills
• 5 years' experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in metal construction is preferred
