The Impact You'll Make in this Role:

As a Plant Financial Analyst supporting Monrovia, CA manufacturing site, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Provide insights and establish predictive analytics of financial performance to stakeholders to develop and improve upon Plant Financial P&L and Balance Sheet Targets
• Lead plant and business teams through annual forecasting of the Operating Plan for the plant(s) and input to other forecasting processes
• Ensuring compliance with Solventum Global Financial Standards (GAAP)
• Ensure that current SKUs have appropriate costs during the annual inventory revaluation process
• Improve ROI for all plant capital investments

Your Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher AND four (4) years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting in a private, public, or government, or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Possess an MBA, CMA, or CPA certified
• Manufacturing experience
• Demonstrates ability to act as a change agent
• Written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office Suite proficiency

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
