Job Summary :

Schicker Ford of Union is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our growing Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in automotive service with a well-established, family-owned dealership that values teamwork, training, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance.

Inspect fluid levels, filters, belts, and hoses; report findings to Service Advisors.

Assist technicians with multi-point inspections and other maintenance tasks.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and efficiency.

Provide exceptional service and communicate effectively with the Service Team.

Qualifications :

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic automotive knowledge or previous experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right person!

High school diploma or equivalent.
