Our Client in Sicklerville, New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for one of their apartment complexes. This is a Temp to Hire role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 30AM to 4 : 30PM. This role is offering $20 / hr
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to :
- Greet residents and visitors
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and manage general inquiries
- Generate work orders
- Assist manager with processing tenant applications
- Maintain accurate and organized resident files and office records
- Post notices and communicate important updates to residents
- Order office supplies and help maintain a clean office environment
- Support Property Manager and Leasing Agent with additional administrative tasks
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years’ of experience working with an Apartment ComplexStrong experience with YardiStrong communication skills and resident relations skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
