Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Technical Writer on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain user manuals, API guides, and FAQs, ensuring documentation is up-to-date

Collaborate with the customer success team to gather information for comprehensive documentation

Simplify complex technical jargon into accessible content for various audience levels

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field

Familiarity with JavaScript, Markdown, CLI, JSON, YAML, and OpenAPI / REST

Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within the tech industry and for AI platforms

Experience developing step-by-step instructional videos

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapidly evolving environment
