Job descriptionProvide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the residential community. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or unusual activity as required by site procedures. Work collaboratively with residents, guests, and property management to address concerns and provide information as needed. Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Security Professional - Residential Access Control
As a Security Professional - Residential Access Control in Bonita Springs, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence will provide reassurance to residents and guests while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment, reflecting our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
