Job descriptionExecute plans of electrical wiring for lighting and other electrical systems Install distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breakers, panels etc.) Proficiently install electrical circuits and network cables, and ensure compatibility of components Install and support conduits, pull wire, terminate equipment and devices Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and the cause, replace damaged parts Supervise or lead a crew when necessary Proven journeymen level experience as an electrician Experience in commercial electrical systems and lighting Demonstrate ability to use electrical meters and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and read electrical drawings and blueprints Thorough knowledge of lock out tag out safety procedures, regulations, and NEC codes Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability - troubleshooting Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work full shifts Valid drivers license with a good record Ability to work on ladders, aerial lifts, bucket trucks, and lift 50 lbs.
