Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) - Required
• Bilingual (Spanish) - Preferred
• Understanding of medical terminology and procedure codes (ICD-9/10) - Required
• Knowledge of third-party insurances, government programs, and other insurance agencies for the purpose of obtaining necessary authorizations for treatment - Required
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills - Required
