Our client is a leading supplier of flexible packaging solutions focused on sustainability, innovation and customer-centric service. Theyre eager to find a Marketing Communications Specialist who is a creative go-getter and not afraid to take initiative to join their team.

What you'll be doing :

Plan, organize, and execute the company's presence at industry trade shows and events.

Coordinate logistics for trade shows and events as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Create event schedules, manage budgets, and track ROI for trade show participation.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns and marketing projects as well as managing timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.

Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities and prepare reports for leadership.

What we are looking for :

Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.

Solid experience with project management skills and tools such as Basecamp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Automation is a plus.
