Job Description
The Engineering Manager will provide direction and follow-through for waste removal at our Henderson, TN site to improve customer satisfaction and investor profitability.
How You Will Help
- Interface with customers to resolve problems, act on price changes, and provide technical expertise to promote customer relations and future sales. Assist with product discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Assist estimating and sales departments in determining engineering requirements and appropriate pricing.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and projects.
- Prepare reports, records, and data for management, including goals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Manage non-conforming materials, ensuring proper disposition and credit returns for quality issues.
- Oversee daily operations of the plant's ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Program.
- Participate as a member of the Hanger Product Team, collaborating with cross-functional teams from Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance.
- Attend technical committees for pipe support specifications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.
