Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $2056.00 - $2138.00

PT- snf / ltach needed asap

Flexible M-F 8-4

Facility Setting? LTACH and SNF

1-2 years experience

MA lic required

BLS

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? YES, primarily SNF however coverage at LTACH as well

Number of beds in your facility? 80 SNF, 42 on LTACH

EMR for your facility : NetHealth, Wellsky, Point Click Care (PCC)

Scrub colors / dress code : scrubs any color

Parking Location : On site free
