Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Estimator to join our team, specializing in education projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all estimates align with project goals and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for education projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop and refine project scopes and concepts.
• Utilize BIM and other software tools such as Primavera, Blue Beam, and Assemble to enhance estimation accuracy.
• Conduct value engineering analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Perform take-offs and quantity surveys to gather necessary data for estimations.
• Review and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide support during the bidding process and assist in contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating, specifically in education or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software and other estimation tools like Primavera, Blue Beam, and Assemble.
• Strong understanding of design-build processes and value engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
