Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Type : Contract-to-Hire Worksite Type : Fully On-Site Location : Zephyrhills, FL 33542 Target Salary if Hired Full-Time : $41.93 / hour Shift : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Work Schedule : 5 days / week Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Zephyrhills, FL. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation and a stable weekday schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or Acute Care settings Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate records using EHR systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Perform IV insertions and wound care Respond to emergencies and manage critical situations with composure Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science Active RN license in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (AHA) or CPR / AED certification (Red Cross), or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment Minimum 2 years of experience in Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or Acute Care Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills Advanced proficiency in IV insertion and wound care Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergencies effectively Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving capabilities By providing your phone number, you consent to : (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
