Job Description
We’re seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional front-desk support and patient service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a full-time onsite role with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, check in, and check out patients with professionalism and warmth.
Collect copays and process payments accurately and efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Assist with insurance verification and EMR updates.
Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain organized administrative records and support daily clinic operations.
Create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and visitors.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Familiarity with medical terminology (e.g., copay, referral).
Strong administrative and scheduling experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
MediClear or equivalent HIPAA credential required.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate : $20.00–$26.00 / hr
