Bookkeeper

Seeking candidates who will have core responsibilities in a diverse range of administrative support needs and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices.
• Reconciles bank accounts.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Assists in month end reporting.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Clerical responsibilities include order-entry, phone answering, filing, and customer service related tasks.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
