Job descriptionDesign, develop, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and workflows. Lead secure AWS architecture using best practices and compliance standards. Partner with researchers on genomics and machine learning projects. Automate reproducible computational pipelines using DevOps principles. Manage budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across teams. 4+ years in AWS / cloud DevOps, bioinformatics, or data engineering. Proficient in Python, R, Bash, Terraform / CloudFormation. AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred. Cancer genomics or biomedical research experience is a major plus.
