Vice President, Financial Advisory Investment Management

The Vice President of Financial Advisory will work with and help manage a team of client coverage professionals to serve both existing and new high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, helping to serve their increasingly complex needs across investments, tax & estate planning and structuring, and life management & advisory services. In addition, the VP will also provide operational leadership to the Investment Management team, input to the senior leadership of the team, as well as manage, mentor, educate, and support team members.

What You’ll Do :

• Grow into and serve or co-serve as the primary advisor to high-net-worth and institutional clients, delivering tailored wealth management strategies and acting as the main point of contact.
• Monitor client portfolio and investment performance, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic alignment with client objectives and market conditions.
• Exercise a deep understanding of portfolio construction, asset classes, investment products, macroeconomics, client customizations, and professional communication.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to address estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax optimization needs.
• Maintain relationships with trust & estate attorneys, collaborating to develop, structure, and execute comprehensive estate plans that align with client goals and effectively communicating strategies to clients.
• Oversee CPA relationships to ensure timely information sharing, proactive tax planning, and seamless financial reporting while identifying strategic planning opportunities.
• Help manage client coverage teams by providing direction, managerial oversight, and driving operational excellence in client service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and fiduciary responsibilities by adhering to industry regulations, best practices, and safeguarding client interests.
• Maintain high-touch client service through proactive communication, delivering insights on market trends, portfolio performance, and financial planning opportunities.

Compensation Range : ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000 - $245,000 together with the benefits listed above.
