A company is looking for a Post Closing Specialist, responsible for managing post-closing activities related to escrow transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify the accuracy of all closing documents and coordinate with branches for any missing information
Disburse funds according to the closing statement and maintain accurate post-closing files
Act as the main point of contact for Escrow Officers, providing support and resolving customer issues
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated understanding of real estate transactions and the "life of a file.
1+ years of experience in title / escrow processing strongly preferred
Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems effectively
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in handling post-closing issues such as stop payments and refund issuance
