Job descriptionC# / .NET (Primary) : 5+ years experience with .NET Core / 5+, Entity Framework, dependency injection, and modern C# features Angular (Secondary) : 3+ years with Angular 10+, TypeScript, RxJS, and component-based architecture Azure (Tertiary) : Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and DevOps pipelines MongoDB (Supporting) : Basic understanding of NoSQL databases and document modeling Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design Experience with CQRS pattern and MediatR library Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation Familiarity with authentication / authorization (Auth0 preferred) Understanding of healthcare data compliance (HIPAA knowledge a plus) Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows Healthcare industry experience Experience with SignalR for real-time applications Understanding of microservices architecture Azure DevOps or similar CI / CD experience
Position Overview : We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our healthcare technology team, working on a comprehensive patient access platform. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining both backend services and frontend applications that streamline healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain C# / .NET backend services using Clean Architecture principles
- Build responsive, user-friendly Angular applications for healthcare professionals
- Implement domain-driven design patterns and CQRS / MediatR architectures
- Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud infrastructure
- Work with MongoDB for data persistence and optimization
- Collaborate with healthcare domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
