Job description

Are you ready to learn a hands-on trade and build a lasting career? Join our team as a Flooring Installer Apprentice and work alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Well teach you the craft of flooring installation all while you earn and grow your skills.

If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in a job well done, and are looking for a career (not just a job), this is your chance to get started in the flooring trade!

Compensation : $15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • How to safely and efficiently install carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile flooring.
  • Proper tool use, material handling, and jobsite preparation.
  • Measuring, cutting, and fitting techniques to achieve a professional finish.
  • Customer service skills and teamwork

Qualifications :

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Dependability and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
