• Start Date : December 15, 2025\n
• End Date : March 15, 2026\n
• Contract Duration : 13 weeks\n
• Shift : 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend (EOW), no on-call\n
• Hours per Week : 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2200-$2360\n\nNICU RN Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (must have license in hand at time of submission)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a NICU RN\n
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications\n
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Springfield, IL\n
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend\n
• Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n\nNICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU\n
• Monitor, assess, and accurately document patient status and progress\n
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and NICU protocols\n

• Educate and support families throughout their NICU experience\n
