We're SYNERGY HomeCare , and we're hiring a passionate full- or part-time Home Health Aide - Caregiver to join our team in Addison County, VT! When you join our team as a Home Health Aide - Caregiver, you will help us bring warmth, dignity, and independence to our clients' lives.

HERE'S THE DEAL : Pay :

  • You'll earn $17- $22 per hour , based on your experience, plus we offer per diem pay up to part-time.

Schedule :

  • We have full- and part-time positions open! We're flexible, so we offer days, nights, weekends, and even overtime.

    • Service Area :

  • Addison, Bridport, Bristol, Cornwall, Ferrisburgh, Granville, Hancock, Leicester, Lincoln, Middlebury, Monkton, New Haven, Orwell, Panton, Ripton, Salisbury, Shoreham, Starksboro, Vergennes (city), Waltham, Weybridge, Whiting, plus unincorporated East Middlebury

    • AS OUR HOME HEALTH AIDE - CAREGIVER, YOU WILL :

  • Empower independence : You'll be the supportive hand that helps clients with daily living, from personal care and basic housekeeping to mobility assistance and medication reminders.
  • Be a companion : You'll build genuine friendships with clients, providing warm companionship and a listening ear.
  • Provide seamless support : You'll transport clients to appointments and activities, ensuring they stay connected and engaged.
  • Provide collaborative care : You'll communicate openly with coworkers and families, ensuring consistent, reliable, and respectful care for every client.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 18+ years of age
  • English fluency
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Friendly, outgoing, and warm
  • Some open schedule availability
  • Valid driver's license
  • A reliable vehicle
  • Compassionate and loving
  • Ability to serve Addison County
  • Reliable and punctual

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Caregiving experience
  • Bilingual fluency
  • Covid-19 vaccination
  • On-call or substitute staff availability
  • Basic light housekeeping skills
  • CPR certification
