The RN will provide high-quality patient care on a medical-surgical unit, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and following hospital policies and protocols. Unit & Facility Details Unit Beds : 18–24 Patient Ratio : 1 : 6 EMR / Charting System : Cerner, Merge, PowerChart Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and patient education Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to implement and evaluate care plans Document care accurately using Cerner EMR Float to other units as required Requirements Active TN RN license – Required BLS (AHA) – Required Minimum 1 year Med-Surg experience – Required; 2 years preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed Contact : HumanEdge Health HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID 13415.
