Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage complex construction projects representing the Electrical Contractor on medium voltage, Mission Critical projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project budgets, and leading project teams to deliver high quality results. This is the newest office location for a well-established electrical contractor serving the data center market. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from precon phase through completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
