Senior Marketing Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive the execution, optimization, and innovation of marketing operations and demand generation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns in HubSpot

Own marketing data integrity and reporting across various analytics platforms

Define and maintain scalable processes and best practices across Marketing Operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master's a plus)

7+ years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience

Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing campaigns in HubSpot

Advanced experience in data analysis and visualization with HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau

Experience leveraging AI tools in marketing technology, particularly within HubSpot
