Salesforce FSC Consultant for a Financial Services customer -

Finance exp required.

Location : Remote

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements, understand customer personas and elicit user stories
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise applications commonly integrated to and utilized in financial services companies
• Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards are met or exceeded
• Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing
• Analyzes and mitigates bugs and issues
• Conducts unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing
• Documents build plans and handles backlog items
