ABOUT THE JOB

The Associate People Business Partner at Anduril is an emerging HR professional who, with Sr. People Business Partner leadership, delivers strategic HR support to specific business units or locations. As HR advisors to their stakeholders, Associate People Business Partners coach managers to deliver performance feedback and facilitate succession planning exercises to support employee development and scaling the workforce in collaboration with a Senior People Business Partner.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively, and possesses a deep understanding of both HR and business operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Partner with business units to align HR strategies and practices with departmental and company objectives.
• Manage the 360 feedback process, drive the annual review cycle with managers, partner on performance management, and lead employee relations investigations.
• Drive HR projects, ensuring they meet desired outcomes and adhere to organizational goals.
• Support managers and employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle, offering guidance, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Deliver practical recommendations based on employee performance and engagement data, guide goal-setting, and promote accountability for continuous improvement.
• Lead and / or participate in investigations into employee relations and performance issues, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.
• Provide strategic and logistical support for managers during employee exits.
• Conduct succession planning exercises and performance and compensation calibrations with managers.
• Facilitate 360 feedback for leaders and provide readouts to C-Suite.
• Plan and calibrate annual review processes to ensure consistency and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively support Anduril's objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Salary Range : US Salary Range $90,000 — $135,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers and are part of Anduril's total compensation package.
