We’re looking to continue our growth by adding a new Inventory Control Specialist.
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for implementing, managing, and sustaining the complete inventory process for all technician vehicles. This role ensures accurate tracking, replenishment, and optimization of inventory from start to finish, including vehicle stock, tote replenishment, and vendor ordering.

What Needs to be Accomplished :
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels for all technician vehicles.Schedule and execute monthly cycle counts and annual full-vehicle inventory audits.Review inventory reports and identify replenishment needs proactively.Coordinate vehicle restocking and tote replenishment to ensure technicians have required materials.Place orders for needed materials, including through external vendors when applicable.Track and manage incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.Collaborate with the Operations and Purchasing teams to maintain optimal stock levels.Utilize Excel and CRM systems to analyze data and maintain accurate inventory records.Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.What Success Looks Like :
Timely and accurate vehicle restocking.Consistent tote replenishment to support technician readiness.Proactive inventory review and adjustment to prevent shortages or excess.Effective ordering and coordination with outside vendors.Maintained compliance with all inventory control procedures and reporting standards.Traits that we Admire :

At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or related fieldAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring standing, bending and moving materialsIntermediate proficiency in ExcelProven ability to manage multiple inventory processes simultaneously, maintain accurate records and meet established timelines.
