We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our large, fast paced endodontic practice. This role is central to strengthening and expanding our referral network of general dentists, managing large-scale marketing events, and driving effective B2B initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in building strong professional relationships, ensuring consistent brand presence, and supporting the practices growth strategy.

Schedule : Full Time, M-F 8 : 30am -5 : 00pm with occasional evening hours for special events

Responsibilities

Referral Relationship Management

• Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with general dentists and their teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Track and report referral trends, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement.

The salary range for this role is $16-$21 per hour.
