Flooring Technician

Trillium Construction is seeking a Flooring Tech for a project near Albertville, MN who is experienced with LLVT glue down, carpet stretching, gluing down carpet, and tiling, in 70' x 20' modular units, following blueprints & customer specifications.

Key responsibilities include :

• Following the directing of crew leader and guidance of more experienced crew members, mentor that align with work process and production activities.
• Perform assigned work according to methods coaching and guidance asking for assistance or guidance with unfamiliar tasks.
• Coordinate work activities with other production construction crew member and crew leads.
• Evaluate projects to determine compliance with technical specifications.
• Inspect equipment or tools to be used in construction and monitor and ensure proper safety protocols are in place and being followed.

Pay : Up to $35 Schedule : 4p to 2a, Mon - Thursday, occasional Fridays, 40h / week - OT opportunities may become available down the line.
