Duties
Conduct detailed client consultations and assess planning needs
Recommend and implement tailored estate planning strategies

Explain complex legal concepts and estate plan provisions clearly to clients
Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and external professionals
Maintain frequent client communication to foster long-term relationships

Requirements
Active license with the California State Bar
Minimum of 3 years of experience handling estate planning matters from intake to document execution
Proficiency in interpreting and applying estate, tax, and trust principles
