Crucial Link is recruiting for a Direct Hire Septic Technician in Bedford!

Must be willing to submit to :

Septic Technician - CDL B w / Tanker Endorsement & Manual Transmission

$24 / hr + Starting Rate, more with experience

Up to $100K / year w / bonuses and OT

Monday - Friday Day Shift is the primary shift - shift flexibility is required. Some days are early starts, potentially early as 4 : 00am, depending on the job.

Shift Flexibility is required as some jobs require off-hours.

On-call for emergencies (overtime paid)

Once properly trained, you may receive a Take-Home Truck in order to be dispatched to service jobs closer to your home.

Based in Bedford / Oakwood Village – Servicing Medina, Stark, Summit, Lake, Lorain, Portage, Geauga & Cuyahoga Counties

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Septic Technician - CDL B w / Tanker Endorsement - to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with weekly pay , great benefits, and the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year with bonuses and overtime .

    • Your Responsibilities :

  • Operate and maintain pumper trucks and related equipment
  • Pump, clean, and service septic tanks, grease traps, and other systems
  • Perform inspections and document findings
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and according to regulations
  • Interact professionally with customers and represent the company with pride
  • Travel across assigned counties : Medina, Stark, Summit, Lake, Lorain, Portage, Geauga, and Cuyahoga

    • What You Need :

  • Valid CDL Class B w / Tanker Endorsement
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Previous septic or environmental services experience a plus (but not required – we train!)
