Position Summary

Prepares and reviews loan documents necessary for closing commercial, mortgage, and consumer loans. Promotes Bank's products or services. Develops new business and customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Prepare all documents required for ratification or commercial, mortgage, and consumer loans.
• Process all loan related documents.
• Assist lending Officers and clients with loan closings.
• Acts as a liaison between Legacy Bank and legal representatives of its clients for loan matters.
• Ensures collateral is secured in a timely manner.
• Ability to comprehend regulatory and bank policy issues when preparing loan documents.
