Job Title : Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Compensation : $120,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience. Full benefits, vehicle allowance, and PTO included.

Overview :

We are seeking a sharp and tech-savvy Superintendent with proven experience managing commercial ground-up and tenant improvement projects . This role requires strong scheduling capabilities using Microsoft Project and the ability to oversee field operations from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to spec
• Build and maintain detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site staff
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams, clients, and city officials
• Ensure jobsite safety and adherence to OSHA and company protocols
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and schedule adjustments
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders in coordination with office staff
• Represent the company with professionalism and leadership on all job sites
