Responsibilities :
Manage multiple small- to large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and within regulatory frameworks.
Lead field investigations including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling; monitoring well installations; and oversight of soil / groundwater remediation activities.
Develop and implement scopes of work, cost estimates, and proposals.
Coordinate and mentor project staff, subcontractors, and field teams.
Oversee and track project budgets and schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
Prepare technical reports, remediation plans, and regulatory submittals.
Interface with ECMC to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Support business development by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
Ensure adherence to strict health, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Engineering (Master's a plus).
Experience : 5–7+ years in environmental consulting, site investigation, or remediation (oil & gas sector experience preferred). Including demonstrated progress in managing projects.
Technical Skills :
Strong background in soil / groundwater investigation and remediation.
Familiarity with ECMC regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, GIS, or data management tools is a plus.
Other Requirements : Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
Soft Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and proven leadership skills.
