A company is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to manage customer onboarding and implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the project manager for onboarding, guiding clients through each phase of implementation
Conduct regular video calls with customers to provide training and updates
Track onboarding progress, manage timelines, and collaborate with internal departments for a smooth onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including data entry and formatting
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Proactive and dependable work ethic
Property management experience or familiarity with industry software is a strong plus
