Pay : Starting from $28.00 (Based on experience) and $3.00 2nd and 3rd shift differentials

Education : Graduate from accredited or state approved school of nursingLicensure / Certification : Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR, in good standingExperience : Prefer one year geriatric or clinical nursing experienceBENEFITS
